About Bianca

"I am so thankful to be an Ambassador for Read to Achieve. I joined in 2021 because I believe it is important to encourage others to read, and share the gift of books with others in the community that may not have that opportunity. I have been able to donate hundreds of books to local little lending library locations, local classrooms, as well as read to the local preschool classes each week."

Bianca Villalobos is from Lakeside, CA. She strives to make our community a better environment for everyone.

Bianca works hard volunteering and making a difference by collecting recycled eyeglasses for the Lions Club, donating to her local blessing box & little lending library locations as well as supporting her local military whether it’s the VFW; active duty; or veterans in the community through various organizations; since her father, Jaime, is on active duty and her mom, Tina, is a veteran.

As the California Jr. High United States for the National United States pageant, Bianca focuses on community clean-ups, spreading awareness for invisible illnesses, and educating others on ways to make small changes in their daily routines that have a lasting impact on our environment for generations to come.

She takes to social media to share facts on recycling, reducing waste, and sustainability. Bianca is also an Ocean Warrior Ambassador where you can find her cleaning her local beaches to prevent trash from going into the oceans and harming marine life.

Bianca also lives with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) and serves as an ambassador for the JDRF to help connect others living with T1D so they know they are not alone and have a network of support nation-wide. Because of her diagnosis in 2012, one day Bianca wants to become a doctor to help others live a better and healthier life and be diagnosed sooner if they have a medical condition. She was recently on Good Morning America as an "inspiring story" and hosts several fundraising walks in her community. Bianca was also awarded the Youth Award at the Red Cross Real Heroes banquet for all her volunteering efforts over the year.

Bianca enjoys dance, art, reading, and swimming. She hopes to inspire others to do better and leave a legacy in her community. She believes that all it takes is one person leading the way inspiring a movement of positive change.
